The Week Ahead 29 August 2016

Up on the LC track on Tuesday for a session of 3 sets of 600/400/200 for A/B/C groups; and 3 sets of 400/400/200 for D/E/F groups. Recovery is a 200 metres jog.

Thursday's run is up the Wye Valley Walk for as long as the light holds, then back via the road.

HiViz tops are essential from now on.
