On Thursday the session is Up the clock on the field.
We will be working in pace groups split in to sub groups of 3 or 4 so bring a watch because it may be you who keeps an eye on your group’s times!!
The session is 200m, increasing each repetition by 10m until you get to 300m. The recovery will start at 200m and decrease as the effort rep increases. There is a 2 second increase on the previous rep time. The first rep will set the target time for the session so make sure that this first effort is a sustainable one!
For you racing fanatics: Monday - Westonbirt 10k, Wednesday - take a trip up to Rhayader for one of the Elan Valley 5K's . On Saturday it's Man V Horse and Sunday you have a choice of: Pontcanna 5 in Cardiff, Swansea Half, Bath Hilly 10 and Old Down Country Park 10k in Bristol.
