More runners needed for Cotswold Way!

Following some recent drop-outs, we're now down to 39 able-bodied runners for the CWR.

We need 40 for our teams - plus some reserves too.

So if anyone who hasn't yet said they want to run is around on the 27th June they would be most welcome!

The Week Ahead 18 May 2015

The first LCL road race of the Summer on Tuesday at Parc Bryn Bach near Tredegar just off the Heads of the Valley Road. Meet at our Leis Ctre at 5.55. Race starts at 7.30. Pop into the park centre/café after for a shower, refreshments and to cheer on our runners at the xc prize-giving.

To keep up your summer speed we have an up-the-Clock track session on Thursday. CHANGE OF PLAN! So many people are saying they want to do the LCL on Tuesday that we think there won't be many customers for speed work on Thursday. So we'll do a swap with next Thursday and have a nice long run along the Wye Valley Walk to Porthcasseg and up Gaer Hill.
But if you're determined to get on the track, I'll be pleased to coach a session on Thursday. Maybe 5 x 800 or whatever people fancy. Please post a Comment below.

And finally, run the Tredegar House parkrun on Saturday morn 9 o'clock, and gain £10 for the Nepal Earthquake funds. Your first parkrun? Register here and get your barcode: http://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/form/
