Tuesday's training on the track consists of 200 metre bursts at one mile race pace. Do one set of six as a sharpener for the Club Champs the next day OR do two or more sets if you're not racing.
The Tyntesfield MT 10k on Wed is May's Championship event. Entries are still available, but you're taking a risk on leaving it to the night. Recommended meeting time at the LC is 5.30 for a 5.40 getaway.
