Coach Mark has modified Geoff's Severn Bridge Hills session for Tuesday. Instead of a continuous number of laps, we'll be doing a set number.
ABC will do 4 sets of 3 laps: DEF will do 3 sets of 3 laps. 1 minute's rest between each set, so you can run harder on each hill.
If you're not running down to the Bridge, find a safe place to park near Thornwell shops, or in the layby on the Link Road, and give yourself a good warm-up.
It's the Hayesgate Run on Thursday.
