Ivan takes over as Coach of the Month and takes us down to Thornwell for 4(DEF groups) or 5(ABC) Loops.
The Session starts at 7.20, so if you're running down make sure you leave in plenty of time.
Slower runners may want to drive partway or all the way. If all the way, leave time for a dynamic warm-up before 7.20.
The Boughspring runs of approx. 5,6 or 7 miles are on schedule for Thursday. Anti-clockwise.
Don't forget your reflective top for both days and head torch for the dark lanes on Thursday.
